GREKO FULL TRAINING WARRANTY
Limited Product Warranty
Greko Full Training LLC warrants that all Greko training devices are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, Greko Full Training LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
Coverage
This warranty covers defects arising from:
Manufacturing faults
Material defects
Structural failure of the product under normal intended use
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Greko Full Training or from an authorized retailer.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Improper storage or maintenance
Modification or unauthorized repair of the product
Use of the product for purposes other than its intended training use
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Accidental damage or impact
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Greko Full Training training devices are designed for athletic training and physical conditioning. The user assumes all responsibility for safe and proper use of the equipment.
Assumption of Risk
Use of fitness equipment carries inherent risks. By using the Greko Full Training device, the user acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during training.
Greko Full Training LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow safe training practices.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact Greko Full Training support and provide:
Proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Photographs of the product when requested
Greko Full Training LLC may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving any repair or replacement.
If a replacement product is issued, the replacement may be new or refurbished and will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greko Full Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain limitations in this warranty may not apply.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
