REFUND POLICY
Greko Full Training LLC Refund Policy
At Greko Full Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality training equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all components, accessories, and documentation
Show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse
Greko Full Training LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact Greko Full Training support to obtain a Return Authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Customers requesting a return must provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Reason for the return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and inspected, Greko Full Training LLC will notify the customer regarding the status of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
A manufacturing defect
A damaged product received during shipping
An incorrect product shipped by Greko Full Training
In these cases, Greko Full Training LLC will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Greko Full Training within seven (7) days of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging in order to process the claim.
Upon verification, Greko Full Training LLC will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at its sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Products showing signs of misuse or modification
Products returned without authorization
Products returned outside the 30-day return window
Greko Full Training LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Limitation of Liability
Greko Full Training LLC shall not be responsible for damages resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
