The System

Greko Full Training is a compact dual-wheel training device designed to develop strength, balance, and control. The rolling resistance activates the core, shoulders, arms, and stabilizing muscles with every movement.

Each Greko unit includes an integrated weight, allowing the device to function as a compact dumbbell for curls, presses, shoulder raises, and other upper-body exercises. The weight can be replaced or additional weight can be added depending on the athlete’s strength level.

Greko supports training for boxing, swimming, football, wrestling, judo, karate, MMA, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, hockey, rugby, rowing, climbing, gymnastics, surfing, cycling, CrossFit, calisthenics, and functional fitness.

How Greko Full TrainingWorks

The Greko Full Training device is designed to develop strength, balance, and coordination through dynamic rolling resistance. Integrated Weight System

Each Greko device includes a built-in weight that allows it to function not only as a rolling resistance trainer but also as a compact dumbbell system. Athletes can perform traditional exercises such as biceps curls, shoulder raises, presses, and other upper-body movements using the same device.

Weights can be replaced with heavier ones or additional weight can be added depending on the athlete’s strength level and training goals.

This makes Greko both a functional training tool and a portable strength system.
